Pros

Snack wall sometimes stocked, cool to see inside of a growing e-commerce giant

Cons

opaque/no internal growth prospects (only promoted when someone else gets fired or quits), too many people work there to cultivate any real company culture, regardless of previous employment or education to Wayfair you are simply a cog in the machine and HR will place you wherever you're needed regardless of your interest in that position,

Pros

Fun, casual, startuppish culture. Senior management is engineering-focused. Plenty of opportunity to move around, and up, to a degree. Friendly environment for women and LGBT folk.

Cons

Very Few holidays (4) Mostly fresh grads -> very cliquey (and promotions seem to be based on bro status) Working from home is discouraged. No family leave.

Pros

Great health benefits. Lots of parties. Fast-paced and well air conditioned. Opportunities to advance upward are possible. Very goal driven and competitive.

Cons

If you are not competitive this is likely not the place for you. Business Sales division is sharky. Change is constant and a timeline for learning or adapting is minimal if there at all.
