Cons

Don't get paid well for the amount of work people take on! There's so much turnover that i'm constantly training new people and not getting recognized for all the effort.

Pros

Free food and coffee in the office, good office location.

Cons

Pay is absolutely terrible and the employees are very overworked. They recently hired a large group of young employees who had recently graduated from school and hired too many. No office culture at all because the company is too big for itself. Communication both within teams and throughout the company is very poor.

It's a great company to work for - the work is challenging but very rewarding and you get a lot of responsibility early on in your career. Everyone can make an impact on the total business and the company encourages creativity and entrepreneurship across the board. You get to work with clever, ambitious and fun people and the atmosphere in the office is very vibrant and collaborative.

Cons

Its fast pace environment and you are expected to adjust to change very quickly - its can be a good thing and a bad thing depending on your outlook.
