      Pros

      It's a phenomenal company to work for. It's a particularly fantastic company to begin your career at. You will get a lot of perks: free snacks, more-than-average vacation days (although still not as many as desired), and company-wide events (which are really fun!). From day one, you will get a lot of responsibility and ownership, which I personally really liked. People you will be working with are young, energetic and really awesome. Those relationships are what I really love about Wayfair.

      Cons

      - No sick days - Pay less than desired (although retailers ALWAYS pay less due to their lower margins) - Open space office - Not as many vacation days as needed

      Pros

      A very solid, yet still growing company, and a culture that welcomes questions without feeling stupid. It makes for a great opportunity to learn, build your skills, and be a part of a pretty large team.

      Cons

      Slightly lower pay than elsewhere (which I think is why I've noticed some turnover), but I think the benefits fill that gap (depending on which one's you care about).

      Pay! Employee appreciation Fast employee turnaround Opportunity for internal movement Was more than awesome as a 6 month co-op, but a lot of full time people there were unhappy
