      Pros

      Young company, able to move to different groups and interact with many teams. Many people are willing to help you learn and expand your knowledge. Great atmosphere!

      Cons

      No cons. This place is great. Free snacks in the kitchen and outings with your team during each month. Open office floor plan too

      Pros

      Very laid-back work environment with fairly competitive benefits. Easy to land a job with a decent amount of responsibility with no experience which is a great learning experience.

      Cons

      Poor leadership and communication within my department from the top down. It often feels as though Wayfair culture does not apply to my department and that other departments do not take my department and my work seriously at all. Compensation is seriously lacking. After a year, the lack of experience in my department in general still feels disorienting and uncomfortable - everyone who learns something leaves immediately.
