Pros

If you are in your 20's, you'll meet alot of great people your age. The casual environment is awesome, and the location is conviently located in the Prudental Tower. The benefits are the best i've ever seen. Dental is 100% covered, and health insurance goes through BCBS. We get monthly allowance to go out with your "pod" for team bonding.

Cons

It is a young company, so it is still going through growing pains. Salary is low, and sick days are wrapped into vacation days so you definately don't want to be out sick too long.

Pros

Great open environment. Fun coleagues and company culture. You get to learn a lot about business and have access to a great deal of information. The senior management is very open to sharing information and giving all employees access to data. The culture promotes self starters and promotes based on merit rather than tenure. Very dynamic place to work. Challenging technology, great place to learn new things and push the limits. Company is very good about letting engineers try/learn new things. There is a bit of an R&D side to the techwork they do, so it is fun to see new things.

Cons

Very complex systems take a while to learn and master.

Pros

CSN is a very open environment that encourages learning, collaboration, and social interaction between all members of the company. Entry level employees may sit in the same room as top management, or even in a desk adjacent to the CEO. It's a great company to learn about the ecommerce business, and it's exciting to be a part of a company that is on the cutting edge of technology.

Cons

There is a lack of experience and knowledge in middle management, due in part to the practice of promoting from within, as well as because of the enormous growth the company has experienced. The other downside of CSN is that it's a relatively low paying job until you reach management level.
