Service Hub Systems are poor. Difficulties logging in and out, system drops you out without notice, affecting your personal metrics including attendance. Worked in Service Hub for over 1 year; minor issues like wrong dates for shipping & delivery causes major issues when trying to assist and update Customers on status of orders. Wrong dates have existed for over 2 years. Leadership team does not understand the domino effect of system issues to front line phone agents All inquiries and departments are strictly submitted via internal tickets & email. Late follow-up affects Impossible to speak (phone) to anyone other than direct manager who has no access to HR, Payroll, etc..
