Exceptional leadership from the CEO down to Director level. Waystar espouses 8 core values and goes above and beyond to train new hires in its vibrant culture, and rarely have I seen such values lived out day-to-day by leadership and colleagues. It is a special place to work and thrive!

Cons

None that I can discern after four months.

Good management, great co-workers & benefits.

Cons

Low-Pay. The company is growing very fast and bringing in a lot of new people which is making it hard for current internal workers to move up and be promoted.
