Pros

Waystar is a great company to work for. Management does value the opinions and concerns of the employees and clients. Friendly and supportive teams and managers. Flexible with work and home life.

Cons

A little low in terms of pay, but hybrid works schedules and flexible management in terms of home and work live really makes up for it.

We enjoy hearing that our team members and hybrid scheduling model provide a healthy work environment. Providing flexibility, along with in person collaboration time, is key to our success.

Pros

Outstanding documentation of all processes; everything is documented so there are reference documents galore. Organization of teams and departments is ridiculously efficient. Teams that help products launch, market, and customer adoption are organized and keep us on track. They are SERIOUS about work life balance. This is something I have been missing. Lastly, people are here for the TEAM. There is no one trying to undermine you - people are busy focusing on their own work. I have not yet met one toxic person who's in it for themselves. This organization TRULY lives its values.

Cons

There are a LOT of meetings so work time is hard to find HOWEVER with all the things they are trying to do, at this point it is a necessary evil. I'd rather be too busy than not enough.
