Pros

From the initial interview with the recruiter, to the onboarding process, Waystar has made joining their team a dream come true. I feel so valued already as a new team member and can not wait to learn more about the company and the details of the position.

Cons

I do not have any cons to report. The only thing I can think of is I wish insurance benefits picked up day 1. It is pretty typical to have a holding period for this though.
