      Pros

      The best reasons to work for Waystar is their culture. They are supportive, collaborative and innovative. Waystar walks their talk. They care about their people and the patients they serve. There is an emphasis on work-life balance that is refreshing.

      Cons

      I am not aware of a con of being an employee with Waystar.

      Pros

      When I worked at Waystar I worked with some bright dedicated folks, some from my legacy company, some from the larger team. Work anywhere was flexible enough.

      Cons

      They constantly praise their sales and talk big game about KLAS scores, but they take the operations and support teams that make that happen for granted. Turnover is insane, lots of brain drain.

      Pros

      Everything from the hiring and onboarding training process has been great. I'm quite surprised how it has all been so far. Totally loved how patient the training team has been in the first few weeks here. Also I love how flexible they are with scheduling and if you're into WFH jobs, then that's another huge plus.

      Cons

      Honestly, I don't have any cons to point out about the company and my position.
