      Pros

      Waystar is growing and positioning itself as a leading healthcare clearinghouse. They have a strong mission statement and communicate regularly with employees to share performance data, goals, and accomplishments.

      Cons

      Waystar has been rolling up smaller companies and the acquired employees struggle to assimilate, assuming they survive layoffs. The company is ruled by the bottom line and is very focused on sales. Operational teams feel understaffed.

      The CULTURE!!! I have never worked or been apart of a culture or a company like Waystar. The people here are outstanding and make coming to work enjoyable and motivating.
