I have never felt so included, accepted, celebrated, encouraged, supported, and valued before. I am surrounded by strong, powerful, compassionate, intelligent leaders that genuinely want to foster growth and success. I didn't know "healthy" work environments existed until now.

Cons

It can sometimes be a challenge to assist individuals of a mostly distributed workforce.
