      Pros

      I’ve been here for about five months now, and the people are genuinely nice. Even during the interview process, it was wonderful to see how much importance is given to the candidate experience—so kudos to the Talent Acquisition team for that. Everyone across the different teams is very approachable and always willing to help. It’s also refreshing to work somewhere that values the employee experience just as much as the work we produce. Most of all, I love how the company truly lives its values; the CEO shows up as a real, empathetic person first and a business leader second. I am excited to see where this role will take me, and hoping this will be my long term home.
