Unpleasant place to work

Pros

Temporarily remote working environment. Not much else to mention.

Cons

Beware of fake reviews. If positive reviews seem too good to be true, it’s because they are. Very toxic environment even after a lot of restructuring. I was informed that problematic and unprofessional leadership would be let go only for many of those individuals to be promoted. There is a lack of communication and organization across departments. The company will blame this on growth but it’s the toxic culture (starting at the top) and a lack of those individuals to take accountability and put in the work to let employees know what’s going on, and then the blame or last minute fire drills fall on the team. I would stay away at all costs.

We take bullying very seriously here at Waystar and are committed to creating an environment where this is not tolerated. We have ways to anonymously report unethical and unprofessional behavior.
