      Pros

      Most dev teams fully remote. Get the sense leadership cares. Leadership usually willing to listen if you want to try something different. Good perks for continuing education, family leave. Lots of long-term team members which is rare in this industry. Consistent about keeping workloads at 40 hrs / week, no "death march" culture.

      Cons

      Salary not competitive, lost team members who got better offers at other shops.

      Great onboarding process

      Pros

      So far the team has been welcoming and their processes for onboarding setup have been great. Starting a new job can be nerve racking so it was nice that their processes made the first day onboarding a smooth experience.
