Our sales kickoffs are some of the best I've attended. Waystar truly invests in our people with training and recognizes achievements through some really awesome trips. This year some of our top performers got to chose between African Safaris, Hawaiian vacations, an Alaskan cruise, VIP tickets to the Super bowl, or a trip to Iceland. It creates amazing energy and healthy competition on our teams.
Cons
The pace is FAST. If you're not a self-motivated learner, this is not the place for you. There is so much to learn and you get great training, but you have to invest the time to do some outside work in order to hit the ground running.
It's not always clear who to go to for what. It's usually pretty easy to solve because people are very helpful and direct you to the right place.
