I just completed my first week of training at Waystar and I can confidently say that this is an excellent place to work. Everyone involved in this company is very welcoming and eager to help out. The community aspect is also a major component and they will provide all the tools needed to be successful. There is a sense of commitment to working hard and achieving company goals.

Cons

There aren't many downsides for working at Waystar. The only thing that comes to mind is the hybrid work style, it is somewhat difficult to manage going between being in person and online.
