We appreciate your feedback in this area. To mitigate any lapse in training, we encourage our people leaders to host weekly one on ones with each team member to ensure that all learning needs are addressed.

A priority of Waystar is to ensure that we are consistently evaluating our benefits programs. Each year we have strengthened our benefits including adding three extra PTO days in 2022.
