Different from other reviewers here I have been given free reign to help and solve issues. Really small company going thru growing pains. But, they are honest at what they do and what they expect from employees. I learned from the grape vine that they made mistakes in the past with acquisitions, but I honestly feel they have learned quite a bit from it. I do hope that the company keeps moving to become more organized and growing. They have the Human Resources, they are in the right space at the great time to do so.
