4yThank you for your feedback. Waystar strives to compensate team members fairly for the important work they do. We leverage compensation data and market analysis as one way to stay current on market trends. In addition, we’re dedicating resources to deepen our understanding of different job markets and compensation across said markets. We are also looking at total compensation by improving benefits such as adding more holidays this year. We appreciate your feedback.
