Pros

1. It's a people company. The management listens to the staff and responds. 2. My team is well versed in Security and its issues. The management has shown commitment to Security. 3. Waystar has very good communications to its employees.

Cons

1. Work effort is high and moves very fast, but the support and management of the project work and tasks are improving. 2. Acquisitions are still occurring, but there is a plan for migration.
