Pros

Values, Culture, Holiday and PTO, work best anywhere. Flexibility to work remote or in the office. Great leadership in our CEO and upper management. You can feel the good leadership trickle down to the workers.

Cons

When I first started, my time was 10-7pm which was a little late for me. I discussed it with my manager, and she was able to change my shift to an earlier time after 2 months of working. So, it actually all worked out. This company actually listens to their employees. It makes you want to work 10 times harder in return.
