Pros

Good people. Generally positive work environment. Great work life balance.

Cons

Opportunities for growth can be limited. Company is buying many other companies right now. You experience depends on which product you work on I.e which company you end up working under. Salary is not competitive for Denver and thus turnover is significant due to high housing costs in the area.

Pros

PTO, decent salary base: $38K, laid back atmosphere.

Cons

Training, support does not really exist. Peer help is a struggle. I spend more time frustrated then happy at work.

Pros

Positive work-life balance & benefits are improving year to year.

Cons

Less competitive salary for most positions. Many growing pains as new acquisitions are made. Can lead to a lot of organizational confusion. But, leadership does have a strong vision and is open about communicating that vision.

Thank you for your feedback. On our journey to achieve a competitive, industry-recognized team member experience, in our team member benefits program over the past 2 years, including reducing the medical contribution for the vast majority of team members each year and at least doubled the HSA match. We will continually evaluate our program and invest where we see opportunities to improve. With acquisitions and the exciting growth that follows, there are new things for all of us to adjust to. Each time we welcome a new company to the Waystar family, we establish an Integration Management Team (IMT) to ensure a smooth integration and communication process. If you have any further suggestions or feedback, know that the People Team department is always willing to hear from any team member.
