On our journey to achieve a competitive, industry-recognized team member experience, in our team member benefits program over the past 2 years, including reducing the medical contribution for the vast majority of team members each year and at least doubled the HSA match. We will continually evaluate our program and invest where we see opportunities to improve. With acquisitions and the exciting growth that follows, there are new things for all of us to adjust to. Each time we welcome a new company to the Waystar family, we establish an Integration Management Team (IMT) to ensure a smooth integration and communication process.
