We could not complete our mission of simplifying and unifying the healthcare payments without our talented team members. Our goal is—and always has been—to compensate our team members fairly for the important work they do. We’ve invested in a number of enhancements for our benefits, culture and compensation data. We have a dedicated resource that helps us with local job market data to help us design competitive total rewards packages. Additionally, we have invested significantly in our medical plans as well as continue to elevate our Waystar Cares program that helps us drive our positive workplace culture.
