      Pros

      Our company was purchased by Waystar and I got to know a bunch of new people. They were knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      Very big company and you can get lost in the shuffle.

      Waystar is on the rise

      Pros

      Company is mission-driven to simplify and unify healthcare payments. Committed to help clients. If you want to work at a place where you can grow, work hard every day and also get challenged, this is a good place. Friendly, but focused on results. Leaders and team members emphasize values in meetings and town halls (Which are pretty informative and fun.) You feel like you are contributing to transforming healthcare. Decent bene's and cool swag.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to do and there rarely is a break in the action. Waystar is not a place where you can just "hang out" - people expect a lot from you.

      Pros

      Team mates make the experience great. That is it.

      Cons

      Horrible management. The company underpays their employees at every corner. This place is a sinking ship, people are leaving left and right for jobs doing the same making much more money.

We firmly believe our leaders want to see both the team members and Waystar as a whole succeed. Team member satisfaction and engagement are extremely important to us and we have made great strides to elevate our achievements in both these areas across the company, including the implementation of our wellness platform, Vitality; an increase in the frequency of our town halls, led by the Executive Leadership Team; the re-establishment of our 401k match and the release of merit increase/promotion funds, amidst a world-wide pandemic. Our goal is, and always has been, to fairly compensate our team members for the important work they do in simplifying and unifying healthcare payments.
