Decent for Entry Levels, but don’t look to move up

Pros

Pretty laid back atmosphere. It was better before the merger though. Before the acquisition it was a group of team players who went the extra mile in hopes of doing the right thing and moving up. Good place to start a career. Learned a lot about the industry. Learned a lot about not being taken seriously.

Cons

Lots of carrot dangling to people who were there for a long time. Vague references to opportunities that never happen. Turn over is crazy. Wayyyyy below market value in nearly all roles you move into. You can nearly double your base salary by leaving after you gain a little experience. There is a some definite nepotism here, and it’s blatant. Rules will apply to some, but not to others. This company is owned by Bain now, and they care about one thing, making it scale to sell to recoup the investment and doing it fast.
