Pros

Good company, pay is decent

Cons

No one knows anything outside of their niche area leading to all sorts of misinformation being given to clients who become angry, rightfully so. So much incompetence in the support groups. Not enough pay to be mostly in office job

Pros

One of the few companies that still believe in diversity and makes everyone feel welcome and part of the team.

Cons

While the company does a TON of employee surveys, I don't know that the company actually addresses any real issues from those surveys.

Post engagement surveys, we carry out action planning with our leaders so that all functions have a chance to make improvements based on their results. For example, this year we implemented “Anchor Cards” as a tool to enhance recognition and comradery across the company. It's not just writing user stories

Pros

Product gets pulled in lots of directions and has to fill in to do whatever's needed across the SDLC. I get the chance to do a lot more than just write user stories. I like that, but it's not what everyone is looking for.

Cons

Product has a lot of room to make improvements and to mend untended relationships with other departments (especially engineering).
