Pros

Competitive Benefits Management blinked and now they have a Work From Home policy SWAG!!!! Lots and lots of SWAG!

Cons

Advancement is for 'Z' employees only D&I is jut a checkbox, notice the lack of 'E', not a coincidence H1B need not apply Tech team has written a bot to post reviews on Glassdoor

Let's be clear - not that many ppl are infatuated with this place.

Cons

Some team is busy either creating positives reviews or incentivizing others for positive reviews. Don't be fooled.

Pros

Waystar is growing and positioning itself as a leading healthcare clearinghouse. They have a strong mission statement and communicate regularly with employees to share performance data, goals, and accomplishments.

Cons

Waystar has been rolling up smaller companies and the acquired employees struggle to assimilate, assuming they survive layoffs. The company is ruled by the bottom line and is very focused on sales. Operational teams feel understaffed.
