      Hiring and Recruiting experience= best experience I've had a company so far Onboarding= Seamless process/Organized New Hire Orientation (AKA Waystar Welcome)- 3 days in Person at our Kentucky basecamp, by far the best orientation I've ever been to. We learned about the Company/Values/Vision/Benefits/Teams, had meeting with our Leadership, fun activities=Best in Class Experience Culture=Incredible! People=Kind, talented, engaging, welcoming Benefits= First in class-fertility/adoption assistance, incredible paid parental leave, HealthJoy, Personify, The talent here is incredible! I feel so lucky to be apart of the Waystar team.

      great office culture, helpful teammates, positive environment

      Cons

      commission structure is unclear, only get half when the deal books, and the other half a year later. also "claw backs" on anything that canceled so you could not get a commission check for a few months depending on how big a deal may have been,
