      Pros

      Onboarding with Waystar has been the best initial experience with any company in my career. Immediately, I understood the values of this company and how I can contribute. Leadership is engaged and, most importantly, is providing an avenue for me to achieve real work-life balance—another first in my career. I am beyond happy to have joined and look forward to many years with Waystar.

      Pros

      I've had a great experience working at Waystar. The leadership team is supportive, and there’s a strong focus on professional development. The company values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, which creates a dynamic and engaging work environment. The values of the company is something that is very strongly embedded in the DNA of the company. It's the first time in my career that values do mean something.

      Cons

      Like any company, there are areas for improvement. Processes can sometimes take time to evolve, but leadership is open to feedback and making positive changes.

      Allowed to be creative on how to tackle and solve problems. Have been given the opportunity of learning so many techs in such a short time.
