Great place to learn the EDI, X12, healthcare rev cycle and all the technical knowledge to go along with it!

Cons

Long hours each day, pressure to meet matrix set and not paid according to the amount of stress employees are placed under!

Awesome place to Work but Sadly they closed our Office in Charlotte

People, the CEO is excellent, people from Kentucky are amazing, the company give a lot of things to employees

Cons

Sadly Waystar want all its developers under 1 building, and they do have a few others places with developers, but they decided to terminate our project and close the office in Charlotte. I end up with a higher salary in other company, but it is sad that Waystar doesn't want to retain talents if they are not in Kentucky
