Robust Training Positive Environment

Pros

The training has been quite thorough. For this position there's too much information to learn everything, but Waystar training is thorough. You receive a lot of face time with your management to continue the learning process once you hit the floor. The environment has been very positive so far and it seems like there will be a lot of opportunity to move around the company down the road.

Cons

Right now I don't really have any for this position. It's a LOT of work and information.
