      Pros

      Everyone here is so passionate about their job - you can really feel that they truly care about the work that we do. There is some pretty incredible diversity, with opportunities for everyone to be a part of something that helps the community. Waystar is truly an incredible place to work, and I have had no complaints since joining the team.

      Cons

      Sometimes communication between employees can be an issue, but I think that's more due to the fact that there are a few offices spread throughout the US, so sometimes things get lost in translation, although it is very rare.

      I've thoroughly enjoyed my time at Waystar. I feel supported by my manager and my team works together to help each other succeed.

      Cons

      I would add more people to contracting and legal to help push deals through quicker.
