      Pros

      * Tools/equipment are provided for work remote and in office * Training and professional opportunities are provided * Great communication and support from my leader * Pay, bonus and benefits * Quarterly Town Hall (Company meetings) * Provides a challenging yet rewarding work environment

      Cons

      * Moved from remote work to requiring us to return to office (RTO) 3 days a week beginning 01/02/24. * Continue to make process and organizational changes which makes it challenging to keep up with the latest.

      Wonderful Company but Compensation is lacking

      PTO, Holidays, Birthday Off, Insurance, Work Life Balance, Wonderful CEO, Culture, Remote Work, Co Workers, Free Food

      Cons

      This is literally the best company I have ever worked for, but comparing salaries to other Healthcare IT companies they are below average. That is the only con is the pay is lower than other big healthcare IT companies. Oh and they are making people go back into the office one day a week. I love working from home and do not want to be in office.
