      Amazing Onboarding & Great Benefits!

      Pros

      -Generous PTO accrual and more Company-paid holidays than I've had at other companies. -Multiple programs and benefits that focus on mental health and wellness -Culture of recognition from quarterly town halls to team meetings -The Waystar Welcome week was great and provided an in-depth look at the whole company. It made me feel very welcome!

      Cons

      I'm still within my first 3 months, and fortunately, I haven't seen any red flags yet that stand out as a con.
