- Management has no idea what they are doing - Promised you can move up within the company, but if you do your job well they won’t promote you - Pay is not very good

Great team Growing organization Fast Paced / Unique projects

Cons

Lower compensation compared to other companies in the industry - Leadership could be more proactive when addressing issues, like compensation instead of retroactively conducting Market Analysis after periods of high turnover - Waystar leadership has conducted 2 market analyses (1 for consulting team & 1 for PMO) since 2020, and determined compensation adjustments were warranted, in both instances, Waystar issued compensation adjustments for respective roles/teams.
