I've been in the healthcare industry for over 20 years, and Waystar really excels in their approach to interviewing, onboarding, and new hire orientation. The entire experience harkens back to one of my favorite companies for which I worked at the start of my career, and it feels like I've come home again. There are numerous Pros to mention - here are just a few: - Solid, robust screening and interview process that while it may feel long and drawn out while in the process truly results in the highest caliber of team members possible - Referring to each other as "Team Members" rather than "employees" is so supportive and refreshing - you're not seen as a "resource" but rather an individual contributor to the entire organization - Encouraged networking and development opportunities throughout the entire experience. From the bottom to the top, you are encouraged to continue developing personally and professionally - numerous resources are provided and their use encouraged without hesitation. - Leadership and Team Members are wholly committed to the culture they are working to achieve and sustain - I have yet to experience someone who is just "talking the talk" without visible commitment.

I am a mid-career professional that has been in the workforce for 24 years. The last 17 of those years have been in SAS Healthcare. I am still very new to this organization but feel I have enough work experience to quickly interpret how an organization operates. This is a quick synopsis of my experience to date. • Hiring process is very thorough. They make sure they hire capable people that can help further the business goals …not dead weight. Everyone is happy to be at work and interested in the same end goal, which is delivery of their customer value promise. • Products are very well funded and polished. They don’t let the offerings get stale while waiting for ROI on the balance sheet. • Compensation is generous and very fair. • Investment in employees, day 1. New, very capable hardware provided with ample learning and training. • They invest to protect their customer base.
