      Pros

      -Best CH on the market -Quality Brand -Happy Clients -Solid Internal Resources -Structure is solid with the Company -Great start for a young kid out of College, looking to get into HealthCare

      Cons

      -I have never seen people so afraid of the Executive Team, and the funny thing is the Executive Team acts as though they truly care, when it is clear they don't -The overall cult mentality is a Facade, which is disappointing, because they have so many pros around the product/brand -A lot of great people work at Waystar, that you can tell, have adapted to their mentality, without realizing how much value they would bring to a company who actually cared for them. --Their whole goal will be to sell off and fill their pockets here in the future.

      Loved my job, but some things could be improved on

      Pros

      - Amazing Solution Adoption team - Opportunities to work on projects outside of my team - Encouraged to grow as a Project Manager while working at Waystar - Competitive PTO policy - Lots of swag, all the time

      Cons

      - Technology was not keeping up with client growth, which led to unhappy clients when we got to the testing phase - Compensation was low despite being asked to take on more responsibilities apart from my main role in Waystar. - Little constructive feedback provided on how I could improve in my role - Little basic product training which led to some people implementing products that they weren't familiar with. - The product team is not transparent about their product roadmap and any product enhancements opened are usually ignored unless you bring enough visibility to it (likely by looping in your team's management).
