Pros

This company is run with their team members in mind - there is a definite work/life balance culture here. The attitude is positive, and their response to the pandemic was great. We work from home if we chose to, we focus on collaborating with our teams however we can, and foster an environment of trust across our team and our leadership.

Cons

There could be better cross-team-cross-org communication about products, and better attention paid to scaling those products to meet client needs. We're also not focused on hiring on the teams where it matters, so working hours can be jam-packed and chaotic.

Pros

- flexibility - opportunity for growth - direct leaders who care

Cons

- sales knows the absolute bare minimum about the product yet gets all the accolades and perks - higher level leadership is out of touch - support roles are considered bottom of the barrel yet they are the reason for all of waystars awards

Pros

- expanding career/growth opportunities - unlimited PTO for certain roles -good base salary -great potential earnings - gives off every holiday you could think of, including 4 additional "Waystar Days" which always focus around different initiatives -paid maternity and paternity -remote work

Cons

I've worked here a few years and there are better workflow processes they could implement for our department. I am sure that is the same wherever you go but nothing major comes to mind.
