We encourage team members to communicate with their leader about concerning workloads to help avoid burnout. We also understand that as a fast-moving company it’s important for leaders to check in with their team to ensure they’re getting the support they need. We realize many team members may not feel comfortable addressing concerns with their leaders and thus offer various anonymous reporting methods and support resources.
