Pros

I do believe they care about people.

Cons

No opportunities for advancement within current structure. Missed promotions after being told on track due to unclear expectations and pathways forward. Consistently rolling back working privileges (started as a remote hire, moved department to 1 day in office, then 2 days in office, started with lunches provided for days in office and reduced those down to only Wednesdays). Since requiring us to come in office, equipment has been broken and/or faulty, and whenever other departments are in on the same days, you have to struggle to find a desk.

Cons

Sometimes overlooked in the grand scheme of things. Spotlight always seems to fall on marketing and sales teams.
