      Pros

      Great onboarding experience. Decent people team at organization.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the leader of this specific team has caused attrition across the board. If you are looking to be a true PM, this is not the organization to be at. PMs are merely secretaries and no leadership support. Gave notice and access was turned off immediately. Director stated we should have discussed this before I submitted my notice.

      Pros

      I'm still relatively new to Waystar, but I have really enjoyed working here. Everyone has a great attitude, people are friendly and willing to help, prepared and ready to work. It's fast paced, but work/life balance is clearly important. Time for dr appointments or kid drop offs, etc is never a problem. Really like the management style, no micro managing, clear and open communication, and an obvious regard for individuals' careers. I'm very happy to be part of the team.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is that sometimes there's a tendency to have meetings where an email would suffice, so calendars get pretty booked up and it's not always the best use of time.
