      Pros

      The environment, people, and company culture. This has been the best place I have worked at, and absolutely love it. Everyone is so supportive and really does embody the waystar values.

      Cons

      In my specific position, the opportunity for advancement is a bit unclear due to the reporting structure and size of the team.

      Lack of transparency

      Pros

      Waystar has a great vision for being prominent in the healthcare industry.

      Cons

      Leadership is very out of touch with employees. There is severe distrust with them. There are often policy changes, specifically surrounding work from home, that do not align with the values that they are constantly referencing. I will be looking for a new position immediately.
