Great people and generally competent leadership

Cons

At the time the product roadmap was more or less guided by X12 requirements without any internal innovation. The acquisition of Zirmed provided opportunities for some but left some very knowledgeable SMEs without a place in the new structure.

I love the people here - every single person I've worked with is kind, helpful, passionate, driven, and very smart. The culture is great - there is a big emphasis on recognition for your work and leadership is very accessible, transparent, and really live the Waystar values. It's an environment where you truly feel like everyone around you is striving to do and be their best which is very motivating. This company really cares about their people and about doing great work and it's really refreshing.

Cons

No cons worth mentioning at this point! There will always be things that come up that are frustrating or challenges that arise but Waystar is truly the best company I've worked for.
