you are provided an SDR. big publicly traded company if you are into the facade of team spirit/ we care work culture then its great.

Cons

When I worked there benefits were not great and neither was the pay. There were a lot of unnecessary meetings. If you join Waystar as a part of an acquisition, start sending out resumes. Waystar bought the company I worked for. They laid off most of the staff and then the few that did remain eventually let go outside of a handful of people. To be fair, this is not uncommon to happen.
