Pros

Waystar invests time and money to ensure new employees understand the values that are key to their success. A 2-day welcome event is put on for all new employees. It's enjoyable and really sets up a positive mindset.

Cons

Once you get into your job role as a new employee, it does seem hit or miss on the strength of training provided. Some areas seem very organized while others are more laxed.
