Pros

Buildings have cool aesthetics, you get to meet a lot of neat people every day.

Cons

It is an absolute toxic environment! Don’t worry about how long you’ve been working there and how much time you’ve given to the company because it means nothing. When Adam left so did the great culture and EVERY good manager. They brought in a lot of people that just don’t get it and they don’t do near enough to appreciate anyone or anything. I understand DEI is a great initiative but not when you push others out to look good. The upper management have the worst communication so don’t ever think you’ll ever know what is going on. Random cutting of employees and building budgets are a joke. Also NO ROOM FOR GROWTH if not in NYC.

Pros

Don’t ever work for Wework.

Cons

The founder was an idiot and the c-level “execs” took it out on the workers by outsourcing us.
