      Employee Stock Ownership, used to have good bonuses but not any more, used to have a great culture but not anymore

      Cons

      Senior Management has all been changed over the past few years. New managers are negative. No clear process, but expected to understand new procedures. No communication any more. Went from a Team work/Collaborative environment to finger pointing and blaming.

      The entire company's dynamic has been changed to a corporate one that's pushing out veterans one by one. It's all about moving management around and putting people in charge only to have them micromanage and make employees lives miserable. The company's original vision and values along with its culture have been dead and gone since the founder died in 2018 and it's all been replaced with secrecy and lies.
