      Web was one of the beast companies when I started. Not anymore. ESOP

      No advancement, bad management, long hours, work holiday and weekends, high stress, bad turnover, bad planning

      Work is interesting Business is long term contracts If you stay long enough ESOP is good

      No advancement No Work Life Balance Very poor plant leadership Extremely high turnover Hard to get training High Stress Working weekends and holidays Management is very negative to comments
