      Some co workers are nice

      A company full of lies. management and HR doesn't have a clue on how to run the company. Management lies all the time with broken promises. Very low paying job and raises are hard to come by

      Web is a great place to work in the middle of significant growth! You have to wear multiple "hats" and you are in charge of your own destiny.

      Cons

      Seasoned employees feel entitled like the organization owes them, as opposed to demonstrating their value.
